The Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine is a partnership of public and private sector employers providing leadership and developing resources to help Maine employers increase, support and retain racial and ethnic diversity in the workplace.  Your membership in the Diversity Hiring Coalition requires that you and your organization value and support this mission.

The Diversity Hiring Coalition has a two-tier membership structure that includes Active and Friend memberships. The Active membership requires regular attendance at scheduled DHC meetings as well as participatory membership on one subcommittee. If membership drops below the above described level (i.e. three or more missed meetings or no active participation on a subcommittee), the organization will be invoiced additional $150 and will move to "Friend of DHC" status. Active members enjoyed a reduced membership rate and the opportunity to network with peers who seek to enhance diversity at their organizations. Active member organizations will be included in DHC correspondence and will be identified as an active member on DHC literature. Additionally, the new DHC web site will provide a direct link to your organizations employment page. Organizations in the friend status enjoy the benefit of DHC correspondence and will be identified as a "Friend of the DHC" on the DHC web site.
The Diversity Hiring Coalition currently have four subcommittees. As an active member, participation on a subcommittee is required. Please select the subcommittee you are interested in being on for this membership year.
